bmurator Hungarian Atmospheric Post-Metal. For me this is one of the best RtLS albums. I have been listenning to it for years but could never make comments as I ended up with a private version for some reason... Now I can gush! This is largely instrumental & hits that spot between musical perfection & creativity & beauty mixed with a small amount of agression every now & then. When in the right sort of mood, this is sublime! Highly recommended!!!

Thoth’s Girl I just reviewed his first works Niche. I’m still shaking my head. Then this... Then all the rest ... ♥️💙♥️💙. Are you up for a great emotionally charged journey into yourself, your life, your purpose ?? Maybe you can get a little closer 😘

lehenri This is the folk I always was looking for without even knowing it. It's a peaceful sound and melodies that remind us of ancient times, even though we haven't lived nearly long enough to have seen them. Favorite track: Glaciers.

let me tear my dead heart out of my thorax let me, nameless powers above in the skies melted in my retinas blinded by solar wind a final diorama as my species dies I am the last one left to tell the tale of my kind witnessed to collapse many statues and thrones stumbling through ruins and places of wisdom covered my grey skin with feathers and bones above in the skies below in the stones spirits of the night, beings of the deep shall never forgive that we killed it all by greed we may never rest on these lemurian shores in peace, buried with feathers and bones I am the last one left to tell the tale of my kind witnessed to vanish gates, bridges and roads stumbling through frozen fields and scorched plateaus of silence covered my grey skin with feathers and bones let me tear my dead heart out of my thorax let me, nameless goddess below in the stones melted in my retinas blinded by solar wind a lethal diorama of particle storms above in the skies below in the stones spirits of the night, beings of the deep shall never forget that we killed it all by greed we may never rest on these lemurian shores in peace, buried with feathers and bones feathers and bones feathers and bones goddess, let me tear out my heart

about

"With 8 beautifully created and executed songs, Holocene gives a golden crown to the already marvelous, short but consistent discography. With every single record being more exciting than its predecessor, Release the Long Ships is a continuously rising star in the underground scene with his ever expanding world of impressive creativity." - Wagner Hertzog

"The layering, buildup, and release of the mixture of acoustic and electric elements makes for a goosebump-inducing experience. It doesn’t really feel like standard post-rock, primarily because of the swelling acoustic aspects that present themselves so often in a way that is refreshing to hear in this genre." - Aaron, Echoes and Dust
